Bernard Wong began his career at British Air but quickly moved into the private sector. Having a particular interest in airline logistics, flight software, and mechanical parts distribution, Bernard partnered with Lillian, and together they created Fly Pilots.

Lillian grew up in an airline family. Her father owned one of the first private carriers in Singapore. Lillian understands logistics as well as the importance of software training and co-wrote the R7 software. She is FFW3 Certified.

Lim is our Singapore office director and oversees all aspects of our operation.

Roger is our head pilot and has been flying for over fifteen years, both commercial and private.

Will Heath
Will is the site control supervisor for west coast logistics. He comes to us from Delta and is 33RT certified, with a cross-over into commercial flight directing. Will.Heath@FlyPilots.net

Jindy is the site supervisor of L4 countries which require grade seven pilots for regional landings. Jindy.Prince@flypilots.net

Connor O. Brian
Connor is the manager of Asia and EU reservations on the private pilot side. In addition, Connor screens all third-party pilots and approves flight schedules and plans.

Nellie is our international delivery manager and oversees all market part deliveries.
